If you have been feeling down and out ,like me ,then let me share THE, realization I had, about what ,is going on. It’s HAY FEVER TIME AGAIN!
My eyes have been burning and running for days and I have been struggling to get out of bed.
When does hay fever season start?
Hay fever is usually worse between late March and September, especially when it’s warm, humid and windy. This is when the pollen count is at its highest. What causes Hay Fever at this time of year?
Grass pollen is the most common allergen (May to July), but tree (February to June) ,and weed (June to September) pollens can ,also cause the allergic reaction, we know as hay fever. Is 2021 a bad year for hay fever?
Hay fever sufferers might have noticed their allergies seem worse than usual in 2021, with many people even mistaking severe symptoms for coronavirus. But it turns out there are some possible explanations for this, including climate change and pollution and the weather.
Why is my hay fever so bad?
Grass pollen – which affects 95% of hay fever sufferers – is particularly bad in late May, June and July, with pollen counts highest in the early morning and after 4.00pm. Warm weather, followed by rain, and then dry days with breezes that move pollen can cause particularly high pollen levels.
Can stress make hay fever worse?
When you’re all stressed out, your body releases hormones and other chemicals, including histamine, the powerful chemical that leads to allergy symptoms. While stress doesn’t actually cause allergies, it can make an allergic reaction worse by increasing the histamine in your bloodstream.
What is the best cure for hayfever?
How to treat hay fever yourself
• put Vaseline around your nostrils to trap pollen.flonz
• wear wraparound sunglasses to stop pollen getting into your eyes.
• shower and change your clothes after you have been outside to wash pollen off.
It may seem odd that straight exposure to pollen often triggers allergies but that exposure to pollen in honey usually has the opposite effect. In honey the allergens are delivered in small, manageable doses and the effect over time is very much like that from undergoing a whole series of allergy immunology injections.
I have found that fluticasone propionate sold as Flonase nasal spray relieves my itchy, watery eyes and nasal congestion quickly! Please let me know if this video has helped you. I have put a link below where you can order it from Amazon.
