I’ve been taking these supplements for almost a month now and I’ve lost 4 pounds. This review is only to help out anyone that has had similar experiences, I really wanted to use this brand, I bought a lot of different products from them but for some reason this product did not improve my health, it has so many ingredients that I became allergic and having very bad dry cough every time I added these to my daily vitamins. I wish I knew what it was that gave me that reaction because I am not all to anything but I struggle for a couple month until I stop taking them and my symptoms went away in it’s own.

I haven’t noticed a difference in my body or mentality yet, but I know with these kinds of things, you have to be taking the supplement for at least a month or two. I’m still hopeful that it will help me. I am impressed by the ingredients, and always appreciate a natural alternative to pharmaceutical medicine.
