I love this stuff. Very simple easy to use and cute. Packs away nicely in the bag and I like the poster. I sometimes have a hard time working out and being on my phone to watch workout videos so I like keeping the poster up next to where I workout! 🙂

First off, the products are of great quality! The owner enclosed a letter with company contact info – nice c/s touch. Secondly, the diameter of the bands differ so it is easy to distinguish the different weight resistances.
MY ONLY CON is that the resistant could be tighter or the band could be made shorter. I don’t know if my height plays apart in that (5’, 120 lbs). My legs aren’t long enough to stretch far enough to activate resistance in a few of the exercises that doesn’t require much leg width apart. Those include: sumo squat, lying abductor kicks, back squat training, standing leg raise, kickbacks, donkey kicks, leg mountain climbers (very disappointing), side-lying leg lifts, bicycle, flutter kicks, and a few others I haven’t tried yet.
I am able to get resistance with the standing kickbacks, lunge leg press, and the lunge & press the leg. Because I also have regular resistance bands, mini resistance bands, resistant tube bands, and dumbbells, I plan to keep the product. I can use what I already have to for some of the moves on the chart (I also have other charts). The chart and great quality plays a part in that as well. I maybe able to incorporate other exercises with this product in the future. Had I not been able to do the standing kickbacks, I would’ve returned it. My other bands tend to turn & ripple with this move.
If anything changes, I’ll update my review. Keep in mind, this is a first impression; I just received my product this evening…not a lot of time to try it out.
