If you want an eating disorder, purchase a subscription to BLE. If you want to actually improve your relationship with food, talk to a real, QUALIFIED dietician. They can help you. This will only make it worse.

The product seems ok but very disappointed that it’s not the color advertised. I wanted Berry so it’s easier to keep separate from work planner and other things. It’s also a more fun color that I was hoping would make my food journal more fun. I’ll make due because I don’t want to order a 3rd time but they should not let you pick a color if you don’t get that color. I haven’t started the program yet but this is a frustrating start.
