I love this soooo much! I use it every week! It’s the perfect meal planner! There is even a magnet on the back to put on the fridge so it’s easy to see what’s cookin!

Nice bigger size/sturdy thick sheets and the tear off grocery list is so practical and easy to use! I have tried several times in the past to meal plan with just a pad of paper or with aps on my phone very bad results. I’d always go off plan, and just go back to day by day planning. Keep in mind, I’m already fairly good at automatically “shelf cooking” and keeping track of my pantry, fridge, and freezer items so almost nothing goes bad or goes past expiration. I’ve been cooking a number of years, a lot from scratch so I’m not a “newbie” at cooking or baking. However, the very first week I used this pad I was planning for (examples) Low carb crack chicken in my slow cooker. I needed cream cheese for that. By looking at my list I had a sudden realization that I could use up my sour cream and do a chicken stroganoff with mushrooms instead of using cream cheese that day. The next day I was going to make low carb Reuben bowls and needed Reuben meat on the list. I realized I could use some left over thick cut bacon and a couple pieces of ham instead. The third day, I had Eggs Benedict written down. I needed English muffins. I realized I could improvise with low carb mini Dash waffles instead. Even my fiancé liked the variation. Further, I was going to make keto popsicles so I had some ingredients for that. I realized that I had some no sugar, zero calories electrolytes and vitamin C mix with water to make electrolytes popsicle’s!
Overall, it helps my brain to process information more efficiently/improvise when needed and when I still need groceries it helps to organize the process so much easier and smoothly! I was on the fence about this, but so glad I got it. Already saved me money and a trip to the grocery store too. Highly recommended. The magnets are good plus it also has a hook to hang it up.

I love how handy it is that it can go right on your fridge, or be hung where it’s most helpful for you.

The design is lovely, the colors help my eyes/brain see seperate days easily.
I write a weekly menu, then shop off that… then for every day I see what needs to be defristed for the Next meal, and what time of day I need to start prep for the current meal. The Planner side is WONDERFUL for this!
*I save all of mine so if I am running low on inspiration, I can look for ideas. I am incapable of recalling otherwise.
*We also make the majority of my 7-person family’s meals from scratch (all 7 of us cook) and we use Seasonal foods, so I can look ahead and get excited about foods coming into season soon and stock up on items I need for our favorite recipes, ahead of time, at the best prices.
That leads me to the other side of this: the Grocery List. I make digital online orders and do free Pick Ups. My TBI makes entering grocery stores very very difficult for me. All the flashy advertising on packages overwhelm my visual cortex.
I do use it so that everyone can write down items they need/want/have run out of and need replaced.
The two sides are perforated in the middle so they can be used separately. Nice!
I knocked a single star off for Engineering error:
There are inly magnets on the back. Thin magnets.
If I don’t want to tear off each week’s sheet, if I want to keep them together on the original spiral binding… then the turned back pages quicklu become too thick for the thin magnets to effectively attach the notebook to a metal surface (like the fridge or memo board in our kitchen)
I would love a self-standing clipboard option so it can still stand up, be eye catching and there for used by the Au-DHD neurodivergent members of my household, and so that I do not HAVE TO rip pages off to keep it effectively magnetic.
Being Differently Abled means I often cannot find products that meet my Needs, and I must adapt them.
The pages are good quality paper (which makea me more hesitant to rip off and put into a garbage waste) and it looks nice and happy for my children to appreciate it also. Wado!

I love the color coordination and the tear off shopping list. The paper is good quality and the magnet is hefty. It sticks really well to my fridge. This has helped me stay organized with my groceries and track/plan my meals. I love it!

Magnet allows you to put on fridge. Menu and grocery lists for the week all in one. Grocery lists tears off for ease of bringing to the store

I love the categories for groceries and that it tears apart from the meal planner. The size is perfect, the layout is functional, and it’s simple.
I think after using it a couple of times I wish there was more room to write for meals, but it is exactly as advertised.

Strong magnet – stays on my fridge well. Great tool to keep me on track while in the grocery store and the rest of the family can participate in shopping/ meal prepping because there is a clear plan.

This is the ultimate meal planner! It’s affordable, practical, and cute. The pad is large and they didn’t skimp on the magnets on the back. It sticks to my freezer perfectly even being opened and close throughout the day. The pages are thick and perforated between the two lists so you can tear out the grocery list side for shopping.

Love how this just sticks to my refrigerator and at the end of the week I can just tear and go. As I am missing items from the fridge or pantry it’s so convenient to just write it down. Loved it.
