The journal itself and the packaging it came in are so aesthetically beautiful, it felt like opening a present when it arrived (on-time by the way). I prefer to do stream-of-consciousness journaling and there are plenty of spaces for that. The prompts have also been great tools for digging deeper and thinking about things I wouldn’t have on my own. LOVE the coloring pages and quotes, this journal serves me in so many ways, definitely a great purchase 🙂 Highly recommend!!!

This is a guide to journaling written by a nurse offering helpful pages throughout “A Holistic Self-Care Journey”. My first impression when my package arrived and I opened it was: “Wow, the package was wrapped so carefully that even the internal box that held it was protected from harm. Then, I opened up
the box holding the hardback journal and was touched and wanted to look at it’s beautiful cover and just feel it’s softness for a bit before opening the pages! It’s soft, colorful, and pleasant to open up. It guides encouragingly with minimal daily time. I am rewarded with personal growth and new perspectives of myself. I will gift this lovely journal to my friends and relatives.

This is an amazing book! I’ve already gone through it front to back and can’t wait to start using it! The mixture between reflection pages and coloring pages is perfect. So many helpful skills! And the packaging is ammmaazzzing! So much care and thought put into it.

Full of some thought-provoking questions/suggestions for writing ideas. I don’t quite want to label this as a journal but more of a mental health guide. Something to read, write down your thoughts, goals and find improvements than just a history of your days. Lots of nice quotes and pictures. Quality pages, size is smaller for laptop use. I like that it is undated, you can add your own, you don’t feel like you are skipping days. Would be especially useful for someone getting professional help, bring with you to appointments for reference. Packaged very beautifully, delicately, would make for a thoughtful gift.
