Absolutely love the book! And doing meal planning really helps with watching what you’re eating and it also is good on the budget as well. The only thing I wish that they would do is add about two more pages of stickers because that is not enough for a whole year. Other than that I’ll give it five thumbs up. Oh wait I only have two thumbs! Lol

The only thing I don’t like is they pre write in the DAYS of the week Mon-Sun.
My week starts Sat., As I weigh in once a week on Saturday, this keeps me honest and on track for weekend. I wish days were blank so you could fill in the day of week you start.

Easy use and see what you need at the end of the week. Great area for shopping list

This book is perfect for my needs. I can plant my family’s meals and make the weekly grocery list based on the meal plan…it even has a space for kitchen staples. I love it…I’ll purchase again as I get to the end of the book. I definitely plan to always have one

I love the various sections. This is a must for those wanting to create a menu and budget for it.

I bought this to journal down and keep track and also plan/prep my 7 month old baby’s solid intakes and recipes and meals I wanna make him! Love that it’s not dated so I can start and pause any time I need to! I don’t think the price seems fair, it’s quite pricey for what you get but overall happy with it!
ALSO not enough stickers to last the year! I would def urge to add at least 3 pages of stickers!

In love with this meal planner, I have space for all meals and a grocery list, though it is a second journal but just for meal planning and having it to pack and use in the kitchen it works better for me then packing my big calendar.

I was looking for a way to manage and track house kitchen tasks and this was the perfect planner for it. Can schedule not only the dinner plans but who is making dinner along with dishes, cleaning and shopping.

I like the book but the paper quality is bad and it wrinkles super easily. I just got the book and most of the pages are wrinkled. Not worth the $21.99 in my opinion. I will use the book because I like the layout it has for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Great little notebook. Not too big and perfect handbag size. I take it everywhere and jot down whatever I eat during the day. Looking back to see where my eating habits/what I eat can improve. Paper does not bleed through; good quality and the notebook itself is sturdy. Should come with more stickers, however, but that that didn’t warrant giving it one less star. Overall, it’s pretty cute and I like it!
