I purchased Lumanutrition Fish Oil 2500mg/2000mg for brain support. Because the dosage seemed a bit high, I decided to start by taking one daily rather than two as recommended. I started having fatigue and headaches every day. It took me awhile to figure out it was caused by the fish oil product and so I have stopped. Now I feel like I did prior to taking the product. I guess my body doesn’t tolerate even the 1/2 dosage I was taking.
