I love these meal planning organizers, they are a great way to keep your dinners on track for the week. Every family is busy and the worst phrase is “what’s for dinner” ? I usually start planning my menu on Saturday morning before I go to the store. I check to see what’s in the freezer or pantry first then I add items to the grocery list to complete my meal or menu. For me it keeps it all organized and I know what to take out of the freezer the night before for dinner. If you like to plan your lunch and breakfast too, this is going to work out great. This meal planner works great for any family, caregiver and even if you live alone because you are also busy and want to keep things organized. I love the added grocery list so you can add items at anytime and you won’t forget anything. I think this also makes a great gift. It has two (2) long magnet strips on the back to it will stick right on your refrigerator. I highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of trying out this Golden4 Rabbits Meal Planner and I must say, I’m totally impressed. This ingenious meal planning tool has made organizing my weekly meals a breeze.

We posted this pad to the fridge. My hope was that we could plan out the meals and everyone could list their grocery items on it. It’s not working because no one wants to write in a weird angle the grocery items. I’m thinking about writing the information after I remove it from the fridge. But when the others wants to put down grocery items, they won’t do it while it’s on the fridge. I did like how easily it stuck on the refrigerator. I really wanted everyone to use this instead of the glass board.

This planner is really great!
The magnet on the back is strong as I have had no issues with it staying attached and in place on my fridge. It has a grocery list section that is perforated and well done! Lastly, the print job was great and aligned.
I quite enjoy this and find it so helpful for our meal prepping!

PROS:
– Adorable design that looks both cute and elegant. Love the embossing on the ‘Meal Plan’ at the top.
– Good spacing for simple meal descriptions.
– The paper is thick enough to prevent bleed-through to the next page.
– I love that the shopping list is both connected and can be torn off separately.
– Double magnet on the back is quite strong and secure. My fridge tends to have a fairly weak magnet connection, but this is holding on well.
– The notes section is helpful to track on hand items and general comments for the week.
NEUTRALS:
– This is probably best suited for someone who doesn’t have elaborate meal planning and makes only one meal per time (ex, making different items for kids, etc).
– I switched ‘desserts’ to ‘snacks’ as it makes more sense for my use.
CONS:
– The grocery list section is quite narrow. I have fairly small handwriting and it was close even for me on some items. It’s a minor complaint though as you could just use two lines. On the bright side it can encourage more simple eating/whole ingredient use.
CONCLUSION:
– I absolutely love this meal planner and grocery list. While I tend to eat very similar (if not identical) meals routinely, I have a hard time planning things out and making grocery lists. Not sure why, just do. This really helps me to conceptualize everything and is extremely functional for my life while fitting in with my aesthetic and providing a good guide. I will definitely be rebuying this item once I use it up and would recommend to anyone (minus those I mentioned in the neutrals). The price ($9.99 at the time of writing) is perfectly fair for what you get. I think it could definitely be directly gifted, as it comes simply packaged in shrink wrap.
