I was looking for a portable product that I could use at home and also when travelling. There are 5 different resistance levels from x-light to x-heavy (too much for me, but maybe one day…) and the pack includes sample exercises which I personally found very helpful.
The quality is superb for the price, and great value for money – recommended!

For the price they’re worth it. I’ve been using these for my knees while doing at home pt. I started using the medium daily, and it broke after 3 months. The heavy I started using daily 4 times a week, and when the medium broke I used it daily. I was able to get almost 5 months before that one broke. I’m still able to use the extra heavy daily. Thus, to me, for the price they’re worth it. Guessing I’ll get another few months of the extra heavy, and then have to buy new bands.
