    I just can’t get behind a book that touts a health and wellness program but has no credentials to back it up. Who is Drew Tillery? All I know is she has ‘years of experience in the health and wellness field’. How many years? Doing what exactly? Does she have a website maybe that has details? Nope. In fact is there anything on the net about her? Nope. But aside from that, while there are some nuggets of information -sourced from other people’s websites, I might add – there are also typos and instances where she says ‘We’ instead of ‘I’. Who’s the author here? Also, when giving anecdotal examples, there are zero pictures to actually see the so-called evidence. Hmmm…It doesn’t end there. Why are there pages and pages about excercise when we’re talking intermittent fasting? Why are there only breakfasts in the 28-day meal plan? And why on earth are there two review requests – one halfway and one after – that take up 3 pages in this book? It’s like peer pressure to write a review. Honestly, I’m just not sold on this. Save your money.
