This is probably the best one I found so far. I got this for my wife but I’m a but jealous lol. You can track practically everything in here, from exercises, reps, sets,cardio, and even meals. It’s basically a compete fitness planner. Most I’ve seen take liberties here and there but this has everything I need. It’s great. Now I just have to get one for myself haha.

I have a journal for everything so why not a fitness journal to hold myself accountable for my weight loss journey? I have a health watch that records my steps, heart rate, and water intake but it does nothing else to keep me on track. I like this fitness journal because I can set goals and record my meal plan. I like how organized the journal is and everything is set to help me reach my weight loss goal. I had a hard time keeping a calorie count and this journal has made it easier. I like the size of the journal and can carry it with me as easy access to input my task. This journal is great for people who like to keep things organized and have quick access to a healthy life change.

This planner/log has everything I need to track my fitness journey. The pages are exactly as you see in the item description, well printed. Color is true to image, and it is plastic. I prefer to write things down than log into an app, so this will serve me well when I can get my act together!

This journal is great for those trying to maintain a fitness journey, regardless of your stage. Being able to set goals, record what I’ve eaten, and what exercises I’ve done is excellent for me. It’s a decent compact size and is ring-bound, so convenient. Not much else to say, but if you’re more into paper and pen for tracking, this is a good option.

It is a bit flimsy. I should have looked through the sample pages before purchasing. Some of the questions are redundant. It also arrived after a 2 week wait.
