At the beginning of the book it explains it’s Zero point theory and has lots of tips and tricks you can use everyday to help the process. The meal planner is a bonus but you can pick and chose your diet from the recipes within anyway. There is much more in the book I haven’t mentioned. Excellent all round.

This is indeed followed by 123 delicious recipes. From breakfast, lunch and dinner to snacks and desserts, this cookbook has you covered. The author has also done us the courtesy of including a 60-Day meal plan to get us started and a full grocery list to support it. The bonus tips are also very helpful, as is the list of necessary tools and measurement conversion charts. Also, the nutrition information and macros and easy to read and integrated beautifully in the design.
