    Nice and quick kick-off book for getting your lazy ass into shape. It pushes you from 0 to some activity in a matter of days, while providing all the important details you need to know as a freshman (but not limited to, experienced workees will definitely benefit from reading this book too..)

    Hi Guys!
    I decided to leave an honest review on this nice book-programme. I had bought it on the 7th of March and I still keep following the diet and training programme. Up today I have burned out 5 kilos! Really! I’m impressed by this result! Maybe it is not the greatest result for somebody, but guys, I’m not a professional sportsman. So it was not easy to start first 2days of the program, but when I saw my first good results I loved it!
    Thank you Daniela. I will strongly recommend this training program for those who want to lose fat in short time!
