I really enjoyed the book, and the fact that if you take just about 1hr out of your day, you could finish the book. The book is definitely a book of encouragement, and gives great advice on how to live your daily life in balance. I also love at the end There are little writing prompts that you can complete.

I loved this book because of its authenticity. She refers back to her personal life a lot which helps readers know that everything will be okay. I related A LOT to the Go-To person section and I want to utilize those tips to help me not be so overwhelmed. This book is a gem. Thank you Cornisha!

It’s really inspiring to see someone you’ve known accomplish the goals they set for themselves. I’ve personally know the author for almost a decade now. She has been and still is one of my biggest inspirations. The book provides strategic life tips using comparisons and anecdotes that are relatable to women in general. Although I am not a mother, my takeaways for those tips of guidance. It can be very difficult for women especially to navigate through life socially, emotionally and professionally. As a single working woman looking to attend law school Fall 23′, I am most encouraged by the tenacity oozing from these few pages. I would definitely recommend this short read for young women striving for a life of balance and happiness.

I enjoyed every second of this book. I could not put it down until I was finished! I found it very relatable and encouraging to never give up, greatness is just beyond the challenges. As a first time mom of a little girl and a bonus mom to two wonderful boys, I find balancing time to be my biggest challenge. It’s hard to balance making time for yourself and taking care of our children, work, school etc., I just found this book to be right on time with my everyday reality and obstacles. This is a must read ladies!!

Cunningham’s book provides tips and tools on success for everyone! She is transparent with her journey and her stories of how to navigate through obstacles . With goal setting and good decision making this can be used with students in college and career planning, alternative education, youth programming, community organizations, and many others that are looking for assistance to help people get on track and in balance. It is an easy read and allows you to start on your journey to Living your Life in Balance. I have used the tools to work with my students and have seen reflection, growth, and the best thing—journaling what they could be! It is very inspiring and has re-ignited my passion as well!
