I am a naturalist and a herbalist, and a mother of 5, so its important to me to stay healthy including my family as well. And this book has great tips for preventative maintenance and maintaining a healthy support system such as the cold, flu, bronchitis, and allergies. These are the issues that concern me most for my household. I have recommended this book to numerous of co-workers, friends, and family. Hopefully, for Christmas this year this is the book I will give out as presents.

I own the paper back edition of this and right now I can’t find it so I bought this in kindle edition. Now I can’t lose it. It is very informative. You have the herbal section, the vitamin section and the supplements sections. Also the “medical condition” section. This is NOT to replace all conventional meds and make sure you speak to your doctor BEFORE starting any of these. Some can have adverse effects on prescriptions.

  5. ProdigalCat

This book is pretty useful and if the book has some pictures of useful herbs I’d make it as a 5 star book. Any way, I am going to use it and work with it. Hopefully the book can be my guide to knowledge I’d like to continue with my experience. Thank you.

  6. Linda Gonzales

I thought this book an excellent source of information. I have always taken vitamins and minerals for good health. Recently, I’ve been having a few issues. When I look up each one they all suggested calcium and magnesium. Although I take both of these, I need to up the dosage. Will start tomorrow and hope it will help.
